As a branding expert I use a 4-step process to gain as much knowledge as possible about you and your business. This will enable me to create the perfect branding for your business, whether you are a start-up or already established and in need of a refresh. 

1. research

We will start with a meeting, phone call or Zoom chat to discuss your requirements (your choice). I will want to know all about you and your business! This will give me fantastic insight into your target customers and a full understanding of your business. 

2. CONSIDER

For the second stage you can sit back and relax while I focus on the task at hand! I will take everything that I have learnt from you and combine it with market research. I will look at what your competitors are doing, and I will also consider the psychology of your ideal clients. What would attract them? What is the most effective way to communicate with them? 

3. CREATE

Next I will get creative and visually brainstorm the best solutions for you. They will be crafted to specifically meet the needs of your business and give you a competitive advantage, enabling your brand to stand out. 

4. reFINE

For the final stage your input will again be very important. Together we will refine the options that I have created for you. This will enable us to find the perfect solution that you are 100% happy with. At the end of this stage you will have all of the assets you need to enable your business to grow.

​FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long does the process take? 
This varies depending on your exact requirements. I can usually work on a logo within two weeks but a website will take longer, from 1 to 2 months. Once we have discussed your needs we can agree a timescale.

Can you work to any budget? 
Generally yes! As I am a small business myself I am able to be flexible when it comes to pricing. I realise that great branding is an investment so I aim to meet the scale and budget of each client. I will give an all-inclusive price for a project so you know exactly how much to budget for. 

When will I have to pay for your services?
I offer a payment plan, which clients usually prefer as it spreads the cost. This will usually consist of an initial deposit of 25%-50% of the project price, followed by instalments, with the last payment due before I hand over files and logins. 

How will I know how to get the best from your designs? 
I will offer guidance on how to use all files that I provide. With the Get Started and The Full Monty packages you will receive Brand Guidelines. This guide will detail how to use your new visual identity to it’s fullest potential creating a strong and powerful brand. If you require a website I will give you tutorials on managing your site. 

Do you offer ongoing support? 
Yes. If you require on-going maintenance of a website, or more temporary design support, I can help. I am proud to still work with clients who first contacted me many years ago!
